Como 1907
Most football clubs measure themselves against other football clubs. Como's president says that's how you hit a ceiling: the best-selling club in the world makes a couple of hundred million a year from merch, and fashion brands make billions. So Como asked who it wants to become, and the answer was Disney. This case writes that way of thinking down as a method any business can run, then shows the evidence area by area: the normal football answer, and the one Como gave.

Iman Gadzhi
Iman Gadzhi started by selling his own hours. Ten years later he owns pieces of the platforms, tools and rooms that thousands of other people work in, and barely runs any of it day to day. This playbook writes down how he thinks as a method you, or your AI, can run on your own business: the questions he asks in order, his rules, what he won't do, and where to push back on him. The story of how he climbed, layer by layer, is below.

Mirwan Suwarso
Mirwan Suwarso, president of Como 1907, took a bankrupt fourth-tier football club to the Champions League by asking the same few questions about everything. This playbook writes those questions down as a method you, or your AI, can run on any business problem: the order he thinks in, his rules, what he won't do, and where to push back on him.
